Greenhouse Gas Inventory System
A web-based greenhouse gas inventory used to assist the ministry in collecting, storing and processing all the necessary data to produce a GHG inventory, which forms the main part of the Third National Communication (TNC) report which Samoa is looking to prepare and submit to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in accordance with Samoa's commitment as a Party, and as mandated by Article 12 of the UNFCCC and subsequent Conference of Parties (CoP) decisions.
